REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued as credits to Runsignup.com for 100% of entry fees for any reason up to 90 days before from the race for any reason. After 90 days a 75% refund in credits to Runsignup.com will be issued up to 14 days before the race date. After 14 days before the race date, refunds will generally not be issued, but will be at the race directors discretion. Please email us either way, and we will do our best to work together. All refunds will be issued as credits on Runsignup.com that can be used towards any Elevation Culture Race. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS.

transfers

  • You can transfer your race entry to anyone that you wish to without a fee, please make sure to send us an email, and we will adjust things on Runsignup.com. The person that you are transferring your entry to is not guaranteed all race swag depending on the proximity of the transfer to the race day.

  • If for any reason you would like to downgrade your distance at an event. Please let us know, we will make sure that you are recorded correctly. There will be no credits or refunds issued for the difference in cost between the two distances. Any distance specific swag is also not guaranteed. 

UPGRADES

  • If you would like to upgrade in distance for the same race event, please contact us, and will charge the difference in the race entry fees. If you want to upgrade on race day, please bring the difference of fees in cash and we will take care of you there. If there is any distance specific swag, you are not guaranteed the upgraded items after 14 days out from the event but will still get those that you originally signed up for.

DEFERRALS

  • In the event you may experience any of the following life moments we are happy to work with you to defer your entry to another event or person.

  • You become ill and can not participate, become pregnant, have a death in the family.

  • For reasons other than listed above we refuse the right to grant deferrals. It is up to the discretion of the event organizers to grant or deny deferrals for reasons that may not fit our guidelines.

CANCELATIONS

  • If the race is canceled due to any other reason outside of COVID-19 inside 14 days of the event date for weather, fires, or other reasons, there will be no refunds, credit or deferrals. If the race is canceled prior to these 14 days, a full refund in the form of a credit on Runsignup.com for another Elevation Culture Race will be issued. 

  • If for some reason the race director must cancel mid event, there will be no refunds, credits, or deferrals.

know before you go

CAN I DROP DOWN A DISTANCE? Yes, you can drop down in distance the weeks leading up to race day and at race registration the morning of the race.

 

ARE THERE REFUNDS? No, there are no refunds. Please refer to our Refund/Deferral Policies on our website.

IS THIS A CUP LESS RACE? Yes, cups will not be provided at this sustainably conscious event.

ARE THERE DROP BAGS? Yes, 50k only may use a drop bag only at designated location.

ARE THERE BATHROOMS ON COURSE? We provide Port-a-Toilets at the Start Finish. The Park maintains several Port-a-Toilets along the trail and may be available.

ARE THERE AWARDS? Yes, awards will be giving out to the top 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male/Female runners in the 50k | 15K | 10k | 5k. There will be NO award ceremony.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED? No, Pets are allowed at this event.

ARE PACERS ALLOWED? No, pacers are not allowed at this event. You may be disqualified from the race if this is observed by are race staff.

CAN I SIGN UP ON RACE DAY? Yes, there will be day of registration. We except cash, credit, and debit. (no checks) * You are not guaranteed a shirt/medal.

WHEN WILL RESULTS BE POSTED? Our timing company will have live results to view. Official results will be available 2-4 days post race.

WHEN WILL PHOTOS BE POSTED? Race Day photos will be available for purchase 5-10 days post race.
